About the page
This webpage is a constantly developing project, where the page acts as a means of obtaining skills in both front-end and back-end programming. The idea is to create a webpage around a digital resume/CV, and create a space for experimenting with programming. As far as reasonably possible, the intention is that 100% of the code shall be written by me, with no use of website-builders. Further, during my studies I have created alot of handy scripts and programs in Python and Matlab, solving engineering tasks, which I intend to either implement on the page as javascript, or by some other means I dont know of yet. Currently, I focus on the HTML, CSS and JS, and will move towards back-end as I start to gain a fair understanding of best practises for the front-end.
Activity
In order to experiment with dynamic data, I thought it would be interesting to do some calculations on numbers generated from cycling. The data is in essence scraped from Strava into a database and then JavaScript is utilised to extract the data from the database.
